La Cienaga font - Spotlight weight

Being a SoCal kid, I grew up with Googie architecture. And probably like most Angelenos, we love our kitsch, even if the rest of the world has pretty much forgotten it. So, after coming across a series of "1950s" logo elements that looked anything but (uh, the Wurlitzer jukebox was from the late 30s/early 40s, Happy Days notwithstanding), I thought I'd slap on the rose-colored glasses and tap into nostalgia to get some real Googie out there.

Thus, La Cienaga (the so-called birthplace of Googie architecture) was born. I hope you'll enjoy it, whether it's for retro art or the signage on your spaceport!
